End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and LIONAR BİLİŞİM MEDİKAL DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) regarding your use of the application Assistouch (“Application”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

The Application may collect, store, and process personal data, including location information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of this data.

3. USE OF LOCATION SERVICES AND DISCLAIMER

  • The Application uses location-based services to facilitate emergency services.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location data.
  • The Application does not replace official emergency numbers. In the event of an emergency, you should always contact local emergency services directly.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • You acknowledge that the Application is provided “as is”.
  • The Company is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivering location information to emergency services.
  • We accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on the Application.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You must ensure that your internet connection and location services are active for the Application to function properly.
  • You agree not to make false or misleading emergency notifications.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate this Agreement.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Authorized Court and Legal System].

8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the changes.
